Each client will receive:

• 1:1 Nutrition, Lifestyle, and Mindset Coaching to support race, body composition, and health goals
  • Includes a Nutrition and Lifestyle Plan that is used as a jumping off point
  • Includes 2-3 text messaged based checkins/week
  • Macros based nutrition coaching
• Personalized running program based on personal time commitment, current ability, race distance, and goals.
• Access to a group chat with all the other members of Tactic Run Club
• Access to a group Strava with all the other members of Tactic Run Club
• Participation in a monthly group Zoom that occurs the first Thursday of every month at 5pmMST where we talk about our training wins, advice, struggles, favourite GU gel flavours, and running shoes.
